Everyone gets loose during the holidays, especially when it comes to delicacies, so we decided to make you happy again with a few tips to put under your tongue! Here are some sweet creations that are easy to prepare, but which will have maximum effect!
1. Watermelon in gelatin
In the kitchen :
- 1/2 watermelon
- 110 g of red gelatin candies
- 350 ml hot water
Note : the mixing ratio between gelatin bears and water is 1: 3. The proportions vary depending on the size of the watermelon.
At work !
Cut a watermelon in half and remove the flesh from one half. Next, melt the gelatin bears in hot water, pour the mixture into the hollowed-out watermelon half and let it cool and set. Your gelatin watermelon is ready to serve.

2. Chocolate ice cream cup
In the kitchen :
- Dark chocolate (at least 60% cocoa content)
At work !
Roughly chop the chocolate and carefully temper it in the microwave. To do this, place the chopped chocolate in a bowl, heat to around 34 ° C at 700 watts and stir every 20 seconds. After heating the chocolate, let it cool to around 31 ° C, stirring occasionally. Use a kitchen thermometer to check that the temperature is correct. The chocolate is then ready to be used. If you don’t have a microwave, you can also temper the chocolate in a double boiler.
Place the ice cubes in a dish and pour the tempered chocolate over them. Once it has dried, you can remove your edible ice cream mold from the ice cubes and use it for your dessert.

3. Hot Nutella
In the kitchen :
- Approx. 250 ml milk
- 1 jar of Nutella almost empty
At work !
Boil the milk. Then pour it into an almost empty Nutella jar, close the glass tightly and shake it until the remains of Nutella are dissolved in the milk. Then pour the hot Nutella into a glass and enjoy.

4. Homemade lollipop
In the kitchen :
- 25g sugar
- 1/2 lemon
- 75 ml of water
- Lollipop sticks
- Ice tray
At work !
Caramelize the sugar, water and lemon.
Cut the ice cube molds, push a lollipop stick into each one and fill each compartment with the caramelized mixture.

5. Twix Ice Cream
In the kitchen :
- 5 Twix
- 100 g of vanilla ice cream
- 150 g cream
- 5 ice cream sticks
- 210 g chocolate
- 120 g caramel sauce
At work !
5.1 Crush the Twix bars into small pieces, open the packaging and place everything in a glass.

5.2 Put a scoop of vanilla ice cream in an ice cream cone and cut off the sharp end of the cone with scissors. Hold the waffle over the package containing the Twix. Now pour hot cream over the vanilla ice cream so that it can flow with the cream through the small hole in the cone directly into the Twix packaging.

5.3 Stick an ice cream stick in the middle of the package and put the glass with its contents in the freezer for at least two hours.

5.4 Melt the chocolate and pour it into a tall glass. Take the frozen Twix ice cream out of its packaging and dip it in the chocolate. Place your creations on a tray or plate with baking paper and decorate them with the caramel sauce.

6. Candied fruits
In the kitchen :
- Zip bag
- Candies
- Dried fruits
At work !
Crush candy in a zip bag. Place the dried fruits on a baking sheet and sprinkle with candy crumbs. Bake the dried fruits for 15 minutes in an oven at 180 ° C, in convection mode. You can use caramelized fruit to decorate a cake, for example.
